Mad Man Marbles was created by Joe Schlemmer. Joe has always had a love for glass. He started out collecting art glass by a wide range of artist including Fenton, Loetz, Glass Eye Studio and Old Carnival Glass just to name a few. In 2005 as a gift from his wife Therisa, Joe got a small lampworking kit to make beads. It was only a few months and that small kit turned into a full 9x15 studio. Joe's passion is in making marbles as you can probably guess by the name. However, he also makes beads, pendants, paperweights, small vases,and sculptures. Joe's work is available in many venues including The Clayton Arts Gallery, Ebay, Glasswurx, and various shows.
